1. Please report within 7 days for refunds or exchange if product is damaged. But customer might be responsible for shipping which is not included damage cause by transports, artificial or an act of nature.

2. Because all of our products are handmade which may not perfect but once you purchase it means that you are accept the product.

3. The color of the actual product and product picture might be different on every display.

4. Shipment will be send within 7 days after payment is confirmed.

5. Please check the product and do not accept if there is any damage. We will not responsible for the damage that cause by transport.

6. Please ensure you provide us your accurate contact information. 

１．もし商品が破損した場合、７日以内で私達に報告してください。商品のお取り替えや代金の払い戻しの手配をします。（客は送料を支払することになる可能性があります）

 ２．私達の製品は手作りなので、不完美なところもあるます。購入する方はそれは認めると認識します。

３．違う画質モニターからの色は差があり、実物と写真の色はすこし差がある可能性があります。

４．購入確認と支払い終わったあとの７日内で商品を配達します

５．商品を貰う時、中身が破損していないのを確認してください。もし破損があった場合、受け取りを拒否し、返品を要求してください。（配達途中商品のの失い、破損など、本社は責任持ちません）
